manage your technology

Recently I am taking a course called management of technology. I realized that as an engineer, we also have to know the skill of business.We can be an inventor and also entrepreneur.We have to know how to protect our right when come out with new invention. I was surprised that Thomas Edison that came out with so many invention ,still can success as a businessman. I thought he is just a normal scientist that only know how invent things. The most clever things he did was he patented his invention to protect his invention. He was so amazing that he had 1093 name under US patent.He was also one of the best inventor that good in using the power of marketing and advertising.That is why, he become a role model for our course.

First of all, we should know what is technology and industry.Our main focus on this course is innovation.I have found that many electronic company are using this word in their company website. Innovation is create one invention that is useful and nobody have created it yet. America have the most innovation,why? I think is because of the education system, environment and they are more open minded. They are very fast in accept changes. Asia country is more conservative, sometimes it is quite difficult to accept new changes.However they are changing bit by bit now.

We also learn which way is the best way to advertise our product.Compare to internet,nowaday advertisement in television is still more efficient. There are less distraction and a group of people can sit and watch together and discuss about that product. While the personal computer is only use by one person at a time.

We still have to know how to differentiate patent,trade names, trade marks, brand name and product. We have discuss about various product such as coca cola, chip, thermos.Many products lost their trademark protection such as nylon is no longer a brand. Do you notice that some product have registration symbol (R).

We learned about various type of strategic and innovation management, life cycle of technology and analyse different type of business model.Also learn about how to compete in the market and many high technology as an example such as robotic surgery. We also studied about global company's profile.

Of course,we cannot run from presentation for this course. I found that I still cannot organize my information and my thought systematically. This is not my first time to present but my weakness still no improvement yet. I easily lost control and cannot focus on the main topic and misinterpret other people's question.The way to be the top technical presentor is still very way.

Almost every courses in this training centre have to do presentation. I suppose to be get used of it but sometimes still feel panic.A lot of things have to be improved.I can only say to myself:never give up,keep trying:D

Facial treatment

Today is 30 August 2009, a day before merdeka. My cousin and her family went back to Kedah and left her maid to stay with me. Yesterday I have made an appointment for facial treatment.The center is located at bandar Sunway, which is around 30 minutes from the place I am staying. It is just opposite the Sunway Pyramid. This is my first time to do facial treatment, feel a little bit panic and lazy.When I went there, the beatician ask me to take off my bra and my shirt then I cover my body with sarong. I just laid down let her do her work.The environment is quite nice and relaxing.This treatment is last for 3 hours. She help me clean my face with deep cleansing facial foam,then put on a mask.She also use machine to steam my face so and then help put on a mask that remove blackhead and dirt of my face. After that, pressed out my blackhead manually.After that clean again and put on essence then she did face massage and eye massage. After all these process, she put on a cooling mask and cover my face with a cold towel. Lastly, she massage my shoulder and head. The treatment is ok, but I dont like people to hit my head, next time have to remind her. My nose become smooth but very red...The small hole on my face still exist,haih...not that fast to see the effect, may be have to do several times more. That indicate I still have to spend my money. However this is a new experince to me, I think I won't go there again so soon, may be after one and half months....

Love

Love can be many kind.The love of parent and children, friendship's love, love between teacher and student,etc. But most of the peoples ,they feel that love between lover is far more important than other things. Love can make people miserable, peoples are so stubborn until they can sacrifice for love. Love is blind and I believe with this. That makes them cannot think properly whether it is worth or not.
That is why I scare of love or being love.When you are really in love, when you lost it, you will be very miserable. We as a human, there are many things that we cannot control, our life is short, we cannot always be together with the one we love. And we cannot guess what our love one's thought, what if they betray us? It sound awful but we cannot neglect this possibility. I do not mean to insult love. What I want to say is love can be important but it is not the most important in this world, there are many other things that need our attention.


     刚看完新白蛇传， 不自觉的哭了。哎呀爱呀！执著于爱， 会使人失去理智。我的看后感言是， 执著的力量太可怕了。 因为执著让你看不清四周， 让你不顾一切去伤害别人。它会让你和你四周的人陷入痛苦。

    法海虽然因为要替百姓除害， 但是也因为执著于人妖殊途， 执意拆散许仙和素素， 而招来巨大的灾难。爱情的确是盲目的，会动摇到相爱的人之间的感情， 都会令他们捉狂而不折手段的铲除一切防碍他们的东西。

    我并不反对人与妖的恋情，反而还超爱这类型的故事。 这种不在乎对方是什么的爱， 才是最美，最纯洁的爱。在现今的社会， 真爱已难寻。如果发海不三番两次的拆散他们， 或许他们的幸福会持续下去， 没有东西会遭到破坏。从另一方面而言， 没有考验，就看不出他们爱情的坚贞。

     至于白蛇， 她因为爱情而救人，因为爱情而害人。不听劝告， 执意救出许仙， 真是最终害人害己啊！世上又多了一对痴男怨女啊！许仙呢！存在感很薄弱， 不过真佩服他。在知道他的娘子是蛇之后，还爱她。：）

    青蛇不想像白蛇那样去爱也是好事。无忧无虑的生活最好！

总而言之， 爱也好，不爱也好， 不要太过执著。

Growth process

These days I have to make a important decision which will affect my future. This make me feel depress, do not know which way is correct path to lead a better life. Childhood memories flow out from my mind. Suddenly, I really hope that I can go back to my childhood to start my life all over again to prevent all those regrets. But in my heart there is another sound asked me that, if i have been given another new chance, will i change my fate?
So I put myself back into every stage in my past time, when I made those important decision.I asked myself: If I am in the same circumstances again, will I made same decision again. Finally, I got my answer, yes, I will.Because I have responsibility and I forced to make all those decisions. So I should not regret.
Every time we meet obstacle, that is the chance to grow up. It is a test to our mind and our heart, whether we are strong enough to overcome those obstacles.Same with the decision making, from here we can know whether we are mature enough or not. We should not only think about ourselves, but also people surrounding.
When we grown up, we should be more serious in making decision because we are not children anymore.It will cause trouble to other people. It have been a long time, I do not look back to my mistake, my misbehavior every night. I think this is a very good way to become mature. We can think back what did other people said, their expression when talking with us and even we put ourselves in their circumstances and think back what we have said in the day.
